You will receive a letter of thanks and a tax receipt.

If it is a memorial gift, please indicate the name of the person being remembered, and the name and address of the next of kin to whom the acknowledgement should be sent, notifying them of your thoughtful gift.

If it is a gift, please indicate the name of the person being honoured/gifted along with their address and/or email so that we can send an acknowledgement notifying them of your thoughtful gift.
