Current members using the new website for the first time

If you are receiving the E-Newsletter, then you are already in the website's database. To login, you will need to a password. If you wish, you can ask membership@naturelondon.ca to create and email you a new password. 

  • Navigate to https://naturelondon.wildapricot.org/.
  • Click "Join".
  • Click the "Individual or Family - renews Sept 1, 2027".
  • Click "Next".
  • Click the Email field and enter your email address.
  • Click "Next".
  • Click “Forgot Password”.
  • Click the “I’m not  a robot” box.
  • Click “Submit”.
  • Look for an email from Nature London.
  • Click the link under “To choose a new password…”.
  • Click the "New password" field.
  • Enter the same password twice according to the “Password requirements”.
  • Click “Set new password”.
Once you know your password:
  • Click “Login”.
  • Enter your email and new password.
  • Click “I’m not a robot”.
  • Click "Login”.

The first time that you log in, you will be asked to agree to the terms of use. These terms have been reviewed by Nature London’s board and are considered reasonable.

  • Click the box “I agree to the terms of use..”.
  • Click “Continue”.
  • On the “Home” screen, you will see your name in the upper left corner, replacing the “login” link. 

View and Register for an Event

  • Click the "Events" menu item (under the banner).
  • Scroll down until you see the name of the event.
  • Click on the event's name.
  • RSVP or register. (Some events are for members only and you must be logged in.)

Change the size of text on your computer screen

A website can be difficult to read because the text is too small. Sometimes, you want to change the size of the images.

  • On a PC, use Ctrl+ and Ctrl- to increase and decrease text sizes.
  • On a Mac, use cmd+ and cmd- to increase and decrease text size.

Log in to this website

This assumes you have already joined and know your password.

  1. Navigate to https://naturelondon.wildapricot.org/ (unless you are already here)
  2. Click "Log in" (at the top left of the page)
  3. Type your email address and website password in the corresponding input fields
  4. Click the box for "I'm not a robot"
  5. If asked, solve a puzzle
  6. Click the black "Login" button

Reset your password

You may not like the password emailed to you by the website. Or you may not know your current password. Either way, you can reset your password as long as you can log in to the email account you use for your Nature London membership.

  1. Navigate to https://naturelondon.wildapricot.org/ (unless you are already here)
  2. Click "Log in" (at the top left of the page)
  3. Click "Forgot password" (at the bottom of the page)
  4. Type your email address
  5. Click "Submit"
  6. Open your email. An email with the subject of "Choose a new password for your Nature London account" should arrive soon.
  7. Click on the link below "To choose a new password go to:"
  8. Enter the new password in both fields (click on the eyeball to reveal your typing)
  9. Click the black "Set new password" button
  10. You should see a confirmation screen that invites you to log in

How to Create a New Google Account

Some families share email accounts. 

Some members (especially volunteers) prefer to create a dedicated email address for Nature London emails. They may use this address to log in to the website to receive emails from the website. 

In any web browser, you can log in to Google to access your Gmail and other Google services.

  1. Navigate to https://www.google.com/
  2. Click the blue "Sign in" button
  3. Click "Create account" (to the right of the blue button)
  4. Choose "For my personal use"
  5. Enter a first name and last name (use an alias if you have privacy concerns)
  6. Enter a birth date and gender (which need not be correct, only plausible)
  7. Click the blue "Next" button
  8. Choose one of the suggested email addresses
  9. Note: Your new email address must be unique. It is hard to find new Gmail addresses. 
  10. Choose your new password and store it in a safe place
  11. Enter the password twice
  12. Click the "Show password" box
  13. Click next
  14. If your password is not strong enough, add one uppercase letter, lowercase letter, digit, and symbol
  15. Google now requires a valid phone number to prove you are not a robot. The same phone number can be used more than once. 
  16. Click the blue "Next" button
  17. Type the six-digit code that was sent to the phone number
  18. Enter a recovery email address (in case you lose your password or your account is hacked)
  19. Continue following Google's instructions
  20. Try sending an email to your recovery address
  21. Try replying to that email to confirm all is well.

Join Nature London

The website will lead you every step of the way.

  1. Navigate to https://naturelondon.wildapricot.org/ (unless you are already here)
  2. Click "Join" (at the top right of the page)

  3. Enter your email address 

  4. Click the black "Next" button
  5. Enter a first and last name 
  6. Enter a phone number (optional)
  7. Click the box for each email subscription you wish
  8. Click the black "Next" button
  9. Read the "Review and confirm" details
  10. Click the black "Confirm" button
  11. The website will email a temporary password
  12. Now you are logged in and your name appears at the top of the page
  13. You may change your password (but you must know your current password)
  14. You may log out and follow the step to reset your password (above) 
  15. Welcome to Nature London! Now you can read The Cardinal online and register for event


    The Cardinal

    Start on the Home page of the website

    1. Click "Recent Issues of The Cardinal"
    2. If you are not logged in, you will be asked to log in
    3. Click the date of an issue, for example, "Winter 2026"
    4. The PDF file will open in a new window
    5. You may download a copy to your computer

    Register for an indoor event that is free for members

    This applies to events at the Civic Garden Complex

    1. Click the title of an event on the Home page or on the "Events" page
    2. Click the black "Register" button
    3. Click the green "Complete registration" button
    4. Click the black "Return to event" button to see that you are now confirmed
    5. To change or cancel a registration, return to the event and click the "Already registered" link

    We encourage members to log in because if you are not logged in:

    1. You will be asked for an email address and then a first and last name
    2. If you are not already in the database, you will be added as a contact
    3. If the email address supplied is incorrect, you will not receive a confirmation email and the registration will be cancelled.
